You ROCK! WOLF supporters are the best and continue to prove it. Although the economic bullets have been flying, WOLF continues to dodge them and stay in the black. Your response and dedication to the needs of the wolves is inspiring. Although our donations are somewhat lower than last year, the level is not jeopardizing the care given to the animals and indeed nothing close to what some facilities are experiencing. We have seen a number of organizations struggle significantly and a few shut down entirely. We continue to help where we can, but not at the expense of the animals for whom we have accepted responsibility.

Please don’t misunderstand, we have tightened our belts and been very careful with unnecessary expenditures. On top of these actions, I personally still do not take an income from WOLF and our staff is being paid the bare minimum and does not receive any benefits. We are each still putting in between 50 and 80 hours each of work per week, absolutely without regret. Obviously, these are issues that we would like to resolve in the near future, but again not at the expense of the care we provide to the wolves.

We are confident with the continued level of support you provide, we will be able to withstand current economic conditions and position WOLF for a very bright future. We know without you, our mission would not be possible! Please consider what you can give, the wolves rely on you and every dollar really does count. We have seen the influx of larger donations shrink and smaller donations grow, a testament to your care for the wolves. Your help allows us to build respect and compassion for all wolves and wolf-dogs.
