Funding, Donations, Memberships

Wolf is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill/non-breeding 'true' sanctuary (see
         Sanctuaries), providing permanent homes for unwanted captive wolves
         and wolf-dogs.
Wolf is funded solely by public contributions and receives no state or federal
         funding.
Wolf is the only wolf sanctuary in the United States accredited by both the
         American Sanctuary Association and The Association of Sanctuaries
         (see Credentials).
Wolf is located in the Rocky Mountains of Northern Colorado.

Annual Memberships are available for a variety of budgets that entitle members to receive a Wolf membership certificate, a car window decal that indicates your level of participation, a one-year subscription to our newsletter, a personal tour of the Wolf sanctuary and a Wolf button.

I Helped 1
Helping an animal puts your donation into a general fund, where it is used for general care and maintenance.

I Sponsored 1
Sponsoring an animal would also put your donation into a general fund. With this level, you receive the animal’s story of your choice, which includes photos.

I Fed 1
Feeding an animal puts your donation into the fund that covers food requirements. With this level membership, you will receive the story of the animal of your choice, which includes photos.

I Saved 1
Saving an animal puts your donation into the fence-building fund. With this level of membership, you receive the story of the animal of your choice, which includes photos. In addition, a plaque with your name is placed on the gate of that animal’s enclosure.

I Adopted 1
Adopting * an animal puts your donation into the general care of that animal, on an annual basis. With this level of membership, you will receive the story of the animal of your choice, which includes photos. In addition, a plaque with your name is placed on the gate of that animal’s enclosure.

To become a Wolf member with a qualifying on-line donation, please click on one of the amounts listed in the table below:

* This level requires a commitment to make the same payment every year of that animal’s life. Wolf believes that the word ‘adopt’ is taken much too lightly in our society, and that adoption is for life. Therefore, financially adopting an animal is a serious commitment that should not be taken lightly.

Also available are a variety of special Wolf sponsorship packages - choose your preference and amount, enter that amount in the box below, and then click on the "Make A Donation!" button next to it.

Sanctuary Sponsorship
Your contribution will benefit all of the 4-leggeds at Wolf! Suggested donation amounts are $ 5,000, $ 10,000 or $ 25,000.(a plaque, with your name, is added to the sign at our front gate for donations in this category)

Pack Sponsorship
Donate and support a wolf pack! There are currently 12 established packs at the Sanctuary and 5 at foster locations waiting for placement at the Sanctaury. Individual pack sponsorship is $ 1,000 per group. You may elect to sponsor more than one pack, if you so desire. (a plaque, with your name, is added to the enclosure of the pack sponsored for donations in this category)
